ABOUT ME

My professional passion has always centered around execution, over-performance and teamwork. From my first day carrying a quota back in the year 2000, I have always delivered results. When I was an individual contributor, I was relentless about hitting my sales targets, quarter after quarter and year after year.
After attaining multiple sale awards for highest performance achievements in my region, country and then company wide, I took a leap and expanded my horizons beyond sales and embarked on a career changing role as Executive Director to the CEO of Business Objects. This incredibly challenging and intense role gave me a front row seat to the entire operations of a software company from development to customer support.
Gaining a unique perspective on working with a Board of Directors, M&A teams and bankers through to assisting in the roll out of a post sales strategy when industry giant SAP acquired Business Objects in late 2007 helped develop me as I next led sales teams.

Transitioning to a new and rocket-ship fast sales team at Google in 2011 was another career highlight. The size and complexity of managing Google’s U.S. Channel sales team from partner recruitment and development to managing and growing over a billion dollar business per year has positioned me to help companies of all sizes create, refine and revitalize channel strategies and develop and accelerate high performing sales teams.
I have unique experience managing a wide range of personalities, capabilities and millennials. In addition, I spent considerable time creating thriving relationships between sales and product development teams in order to help companies be more competitive in head to head field sales combat.
Competitive wins, growing revenue consistently and predictably, hiring and retaining the best talent, and pushing people and partners to work at higher levels of achievement are aspects of sales that I have always been most passionate about in my work life and excelled at the most.
I look forward to working with companies keen on bringing in an outside set of eyes to do the same.
